These Terms of Use (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“User” or “Player”) and our gaming platform (“Platform,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). Termination and Account Closure
Either the Platform or the User may terminate this agreement and close the associated account at any time. Users may initiate account closure by submitting a written request to customer support. Account closure is processed within five (5) business days, and remaining funds are returned to the registered payment method. The Platform may immediately terminate accounts suspected of violating these Terms, engaging in prohibited activities, or breaching applicable laws. Upon termination, all bonus balances are forfeited, and any pending promotions become void. Users may not reopen closed accounts for a minimum of six (6) months unless written approval is obtained from Platform management. Terminated users acknowledge that they may be permanently excluded from Platform services and that the Platform retains all records of gaming activity for a minimum of five (5) years as required by South African gambling regulations and financial reporting requirements.
